What is Reiki?
Reiki (ray-kee), is a Japanese practice for energy healing that supports relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and overall balance. Reiki pinpoints, releases, and heals the body where trauma has been stored or trapped. It is very calming and peaceful, as it boosts the immune system and strengthens the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It is based on the idea that a life flow energy moves through us, and when that flow is blocked we’re restricted from reaching our full potential. Through the practice of Reiki, this healing energy is channeled by the practitioner through the gentle laying of hands. Reiki flows through the body to locate and release areas in the body where trauma, stress, or emotional pain has been stored. Sometimes we may be so used to that energy we don’t know we need it to be let go of. The flow of the Reiki encourages the body to meditate so that deeper healing may take place.

From time immemorial these people have lived in harmony with the water, land, and air, and current generations continue nurturing this rich heritage. I respect and acknowledge these Tribes. This is one small step toward respect and collaboration with the aim of uplifting voices, cultures and histories of the Tribes of these lands and waters.

Meet Hannah/Han, Karuna Reiki Master
Hannah is a Reiki healer trained by Kathy Golden, a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). The ICRT is one of the most respected and trusted Reiki organizations in the world. Hannah has been intuitive since a child, when Reiki was introduced, it felt like the world was starting to make more sense.
